Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property / Facility Condition Assessor with strong technical writing abilities and deep experience conducting detailed assessments across commercial and municipal properties. This individual will perform equity‑level Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), producing high‑quality technical reports supported by sound engineering judgment.
The role requires a balance of field assessment work, strategic thinking, client communication, and detailed report preparation. The ideal candidate has a track record of stability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
