- A senior individual contributor providing cross-application QA engineering depth. You will be the technical bridge between manual testing and automation, authoring complex test designs, enforcing engineering rigour, and coaching others. No people-management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cross-application QA engineering depth spanning manual and automation practices
- Author complex and high-risk test designs across application boundaries
- Peer-review test cases for technical rigour, covering both manual and automated coverage
- Drive engineering practices across the team including test data management, environment readiness, and defect management
