Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and integrity of the coalition loyalty platform across all customer-facing channels and backend systems. This role plays a critical part in protecting member trust, partner confidence, and financial accuracy by validating front-end experiences, backend services, integrations, and data flows in a highly integrated, transaction-driven environment.

I make sure millions of loyalty members earn, burn, and redeem rewards accurately and seamlessly across airlines, banks, retailers, and digital channels. I test complex customer journeys end-to-end - from mobile apps and websites to APIs and loyalty platforms - so points balances are always right, campaigns work as designed, and nothing breaks when new partners or features go live.
