Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Agile QA Engineer to join a high-performing product squad within a modern, cloud-based engineering environment. This is a hands-on QA role , embedded directly into the squad, focusing on shift-left quality, automation, and AI-enhanced testing practices .

What You’ll Do

• Lead quality strategy within your squad—define test scope, approach, and risk models
• Use data/metrics to drive quality decisions and identify risk early
• Work closely with Product & Engineering from the very start of the lifecycle
• Own and maintain automated tests (Playwright, API, integration)
• Strengthen the team’s shift-left mindset
• Contribute to non-functional testing: performance, resilience, security, accessibility
