Main Activities:
Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and reusable test components across UI, API, and mobile platforms. Lead the quality planning effort on complex features and integrations, ensuring risk-based test coverage. Collaborate with development teams to embed quality early through test-driven and behavior-driven development practices. Create and maintain CI/CD integrated automated test pipelines and tooling for continuous feedback. Drive improvements in the team's quality engineering practices, tooling, and documentation. Partner with Lead QE to define test scope, provide estimates, and contribute to risk assessments. Act as the primary contact for defect triage, root cause analysis, and data-driven quality reporting.
