With site works yet to commence, this is a rare opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step in at the very beginning and play a key role in shaping how the project is commercially delivered from day one through to final account.
This position offers genuine ownership. You’ll be involved from pre-construction and early contractor engagement, supporting cost planning, procurement strategy, and risk management, before moving through delivery and close-out. Working closely with the project leadership team, you’ll help ensure commercial processes are followed on site, manage and delegate subcontract packages and drive value at every stage of the scheme.
