Senior Quantity Surveyor — Lead Cost & Value Engineering

Arabian Construction Company in Dubai seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead quantity surveying activities on construction projects. You will ensure accurate cost estimation, coordinate with clients and contractors, and manage budget compliance while supervising a team.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and over 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, including 5 years in the GCC. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role.
