Responsibilities
- Assist Project Control Manager, and Cost Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order, and Purchase Order
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
- Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project
- Liaise with the construction/design team to prepare the document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
- Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments
- Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
- Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
