Concor Construction invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our projects across Southern Africa. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing budget calculations, project deadlines, adhering to governing rules and regulations, and performing proper client and employee relations actions. Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities

Successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Preparation of cost feasibilities, approximate estimates, cost planning, Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Schedule of Rates all in accordance with relevant standards.
• Management, preparation and administration of procurement advice, tenders, tender reviews and advice.
• Management, preparation and administration of various contract forms to both consultant and contractors.
