Responsibilities
Cost estimating and cost planning. Preparation of tender documents (including measurements and Bills of Quantities). Assessment of payment claims and preparation of payment certificates for the monthly work done by Contractors. Review and evaluate variation and/or extension of time claims by the Contractors and make recommendations to the Client. Tender evaluation including preparation of tender evaluation report. Assist Contracts Manager and Project Manager in Contract administrations, cost monitoring and finalisation of account. Possess comprehensive knowledge of construction, logistics, material management and the ability to provide cost and financial advice. Relevant duties as and when assigned by reporting manager.
Qualifications Shall have relevant diploma/ degree or certification, and about five (5) years of relevant experience in project costing, procurement strategies and scheduling for used water/water treatment plant projects or infrastructure projects...
