Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documentation for road and infrastructure works under the North South Corridor Project. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications. Administer contracts, monitor project costs, and maintain accurate cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct site measurements and valuations for completed works and work-in-progress. Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors on commercial and contractual matters. Monitor project cash flow, forecast expenditures, and identify potential cost risks or savings opportunities.
