Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor at NRL’s engineering client, you will oversee the commercial aspects of multiple frameworks and projects across the Midlands and South regions. You will ensure project profitability, manage risks, and support the commercial team while mentoring three apprentice Quantity Surveyors.


What You Will Need:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Strong cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project; ERP system experience is a plus.

Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.

MRICS membership (or actively working towards it).
