An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead to join a highly ambitious and fast-growing organisation delivering a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the UK.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple schemes across industrial units, commercial developments, and specialist processing facilities, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in shaping commercial strategy.

Location

· Preferred base: Wiltshire (Head Office)

· Alternative option: Lincolnshire

· Flexibility to be based in either location, with travel between sites and offices required

· Projects are split across both regions

· Preference for Wiltshire-based candidates, though not essential
