Key Responsibilities

  • Create job postings and job descriptions that attract top IT talent.
  • Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, Boolean searches, and referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the client.
