About the Role

As the Senior Recruiter at Capital One Canada, you play a pivotal role in recruiting and sourcing technology and business professionals such as Software Engineers, Engineering Leaders, Technical Program Managers and other roles. You take a creative approach to seeking out the best talent, employing innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best‑in‑class recruitment shop. In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our business clients, and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One’s talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
