You are highly proficient with modern recruiting technology, including AI-powered sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, RPS/Pin.com, and any platform necessary to identify, engage, and secure top talent ahead of the competition.

You can confidently speak to candidates and clients across a wide range of functions and industries, quickly learning new markets and earning credibility with senior stakeholders. Most importantly, you know how to find exceptional talent fast and consistently deliver results.
