JOB DESCRIPTION
Pre-Construction
- Reviews project budget (including Civil, Structural and Architectural with MEPFS items) and project schedule to be presented to management.
- Reviews and approves recommended contract packages by APM/PM.
- Urges project team to secure necessary permits prior Construction. (Monitoring progress make necessary action if road blocks occur during the process)
- Monitors project area status from project team prior project implementation
- Ensures project team to check and review issued engineering drawings from EDD Design.
- Reviews work scope of the project presented by project team.
- Reviews all submitted detailed Project Management Plans (PMP) to successfully complete the project.
- Plans the resources (time, money, etc.) required to complete complex projects.
