Senior Registered Products Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Registered Products Administrator to join our client in the financial services industry for a 13 month contract role. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of registered investment accounts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position, requiring attendance in the Markham office twice per week.
Roles and Responsibilities
Administer all aspects of registered investment products, including RRSPs, RRIFs, RESPs, TFSAs.
Process account transactions such as contributions, withdrawals, transfers, rollovers, conversions, and estate-related activities.
Ensure all transactions comply with CRA regulations and internal policy requirements.
