Senior Renewable Energy Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field.(Master’s is a plus). Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in solar PV system design and deployment. Strong understanding of batteries (LiFePO₄), inverters, grid-tied/off-grid systems. Experience in customer engagement, technical marketing, and proposal writing. Proficient in solar design software (PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD). Confident, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Lead engineering design for solar PV systems (residential, commercial, industrial). Assess sites, perform load analysis, and develop energy models. Oversee project execution, quality control, and commissioning. Work with the sales team to translate client needs into engineering solutions.
