Senior Risk Manager - Outside IR35 - 12 Month Contract - Manchester Based - twice per week in the office - Market rate

I'm working with a fast paced organisation who are working on heavy infrastructure transformation programmes. This role involves leading and coordinating Risk Management for programmes and projects, providing expert guidance to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively. You will develop and maintain Risk Management Plans and registers, facilitate workshops to capture risks, and perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses to inform decision‑making. The role also includes monitoring risks, challenging controls, and reporting on trends to protect project delivery. Additionally, you will support tender processes by preparing risk reports and reviewing contractor risk plans.
