Responsibilities include maintaining housekeeping standards, reporting tool damage, ensuring safe lifting tackle, managing roll stand builds as per HSM program, conducting final checks, overseeing guide inspection/repair, and ordering spares. Includes water spray system checks before rolling, maintaining high safety standards, submitting roll build reports, and safely operating Roll Shop equipment including cranes, cobble removal, and guide adjustments.
