Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of experienced sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for POS and SCO solutions, aligning them with the company's goals and vision.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, manage CRM systems, and analyse sales data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
- IT / Technical Knowledge: Requires deep understanding of IT Hardware | Software POS solutions to effectively communicate with customers addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
