Job Description
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP ABAP-related issues across SAP modules
- Analyze, debug, and resolve ABAP program errors, dumps, and performance issues
- Develop and modify ABAP objects such as reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities following ITSM processes
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Work closely with functional consultants to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Support transport management and ensure proper documentation of changes
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing activities
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge base
Required Skills & Qualifications
