Job Description
You will work with the business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define the functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area. 
In this position you will provide full life-cycle support, as well as creating system documentation, including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Works with the business stake holders and delivery managers to understand business requirements in detail.
Serves as primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects
Leads the transitioning requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensures a clear and complete understanding of the requirements are passed on.
