Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Scrum Master with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY. This is a hybrid 12+ month contract opportunity.
Summary:
This is a player/coach role for a seasoned professional leading an Agile transformation from waterfall methodologies within the client's Capital Markets division. The ideal candidate will guide teams through change, help establish a new Agile framework, stand up new Scrum teams, and implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices
- Act as a player/coach, guiding teams through change and actively contributing to the new Agile framework
- Stand up new Scrum teams
- Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across the organization
