Senior Scrum Master (SAFe)

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Scrum Master to join our team and drive Agile best practices across multiple teams or complex projects. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, helping teams deliver high-value software efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.

Responsible for managing all aspects of diverse, medium to moderately complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
