**Description**
Receives general direction from the Security Services Manager or Supervisor Fulfills all the duties and responsibilities required by the Security team related to customer service and maintaining a secure and orderly environment. Performs a variety of technical security duties to protect patients, visitors, caregivers, physicians, property and facilities from unsafe conditions, physical harm, fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry or other criminal activity. Enforces Providence St. Mary Medical Center security policies and regulations. Investigate reports of potential criminal conduct as well as conducts internal investigations as directed. Responds to emergency situations and assists to de-escalate aggressive behavior or potentially violent situations.
