Senior Service Engineer Cold Room & Chiller

Key Responsibilities Technical Service & Maintenance Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cold rooms, freezer rooms, refrigeration systems, water chillers, condensing units, evaporators, cooling towers, pumps, and HVAC equipment. Diagnose and resolve complex refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and control system faults. Carry out system performance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and meets design performance requirements. Project & Site Management Lead site service activities and coordinate manpower allocation. Plan and execute maintenance schedules, breakdown services, and emergency response activities. Supervise subcontractors and technicians to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule. Attend site meetings and coordinate with customers, consultants, and suppliers. Team Leadership Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians.
