Requirements
:
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Facilities Maintenance or Building Services

At least 5 years of either project management experience in the construction industry or facilities maintenance experience in commercial/industrial buildings

Experience in construction of building projects with architectural finishes and M&E installation work is preferred

Knowledge of Building Information Modelling will be an advantage

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Work & Excel
