- Soft Services Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations of soft services (cleaning landscaping pest control waste management) ensuring all activities are executed efficiently safely and in line with the international standards and cleaning schedules.
- Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring
- Lead and coordinate a team of soft services staff and supervisors ensuring proper shift coverage task assignment attendance and performance. Assist the Facilities Manager in evaluating staff productivity performance and identifying training needs.
- Service Provider Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Act as a key liaison for outsourced service providers monitoring deliverables service quality and adherence to SLAs/KPIs. Conduct regular inspections audits and spot checks to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
