Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us at Telia. I’m Hans Rasmussen, Head of Customer Interaction in Norway IT, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on building AI‑powered capabilities and agentic solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences across Telia’s digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI solutions that solve real customer problems in production, working at the intersection of modern software engineering and applied AI.
- Integrate AI agents with internal and external systems via APIs, performing prompt engineering and continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to identify and deliver high‑value AI use cases.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and frameworks, evaluating their practical potential across our platforms.
