Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer on our Ancillaries squad, you will build integrations that expand what we can offer travelers—connecting external providers to our platform so partners like Booking.com, Skyscanner, and Ryanair can deliver personalized protection and services at scale.

We’re building AI‑first. You’ll use agentic tools like Claude Code and Gemini as core parts of your workflow—not as novelties, but as multipliers that let a small team ship like a big one. You’ll shape how we integrate AI into development practices, from code generation to testing to documentation, and help define what agentic software engineering looks like at Cover Genius.

This is a founding role: high ownership, high ambiguity, high impact. You’ll make architectural decisions that scale across dozens of provider integrations, mentor engineers in AI‑augmented workflows, and own outcomes from day one.
