We are seeking AI-Native Software Engineers to join a small, high-impact engineering pod supporting a senior technical lead and a client team.
This is not a traditional staff augmentation role. Engineers will operate in an R&D-style environment , working with ambiguity, rapidly prototyping solutions, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate engineering workflows and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Build and iterate on prototypes, internal tools, and engineering solutions
- Use AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation
- Contribute to CI/CD improvements, testing automation, and code quality initiatives
