Position Summary

As Senior Solution Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge XR software solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. Reporting to the Director of Solution Delivery, you will turn client needs and strategic objectives into immersive XR experiences that deliver measurable value and lasting impact - ensuring that innovation directly supports our clients’ scientific and business goals.
 
In this role, you are the central link between world-class life-science organizations and our multidisciplinary development teams. You will coordinate and guide those teams day-to-day, driving alignment, setting clear priorities, and maintaining rigorous execution standards while anticipating and mitigating risks.
