Job Description
- Responsible for supporting and conducting strategic negotiation events for Strategic Sourcing group.
- Build and create relationships with internal clients to understand their contracting needs.
- Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners (large and small), to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies.
- Solid understanding of a wide array of contract forms - MNDA, MSA & SOW's
- Liaise with the Legal and Security departments to ensure all contract controls and protections are in place.
- Establish relationships and lead Stakeholders / cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.
- Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships in order to increase addressable spend.
- Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution.
