As a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will serve as an embedded, AI‑enabled talent advisor aligned to our Assurance & Accounting and Business Services & Outsourcing service lines. You will own full‑cycle recruitment while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes aligned to business strategy.

In this replacement role you will combine strong execution with proactive advisory capability, leveraging market intelligence, talent insights, and AI‑enabled tools to anticipate needs, shape hiring strategies, and build sustainable talent pipelines.
