Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive functional, regression, technical and system testing to ensure product quality and prevent defects across backend and UI components.
- Write SQL queries to validate data integrity and support ongoing test efforts.
- Create, maintain, and update test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing in Azure DevOps.
- Oversee and coordinate performance testing to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Perform API testing using Postman to verify functional correctness and integration across systems.
- Continuously expand understanding of how and why customers use our ERP (use cases).
- Demonstrate care for user experiences, implementations, and operational success.
