Position requires strong Change & Release Management experience which includes: effectively manage the end-to-end change lifecycle and scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications. This person will have the ability to understand and implement ITSM Service Transition strategies.  Should look for ways to streamline and improve the Change & Release Management processes and SDLC interrelated process, while managing a global team to new heights of customer service, efficiency and effectiveness.
