Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 7.5+ years
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in APM, CSM Module and HRSD.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience in either of other modules i.e. ITOM or GRC or HRSD and ITIL knowledge.
- Candidate should have ServiceNow SPM module certification.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and implement technical solutions and conduct component Integration Tests.
- Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS)
