As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will shape and scale our backend platform, driving technical excellence while remaining hands‑on.
You’ll lead architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver cloud‑native systems that are secure, scalable, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement backend architecture and technical strategy.
- Own feature delivery end-to-end, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Champion engineering best practices (TDD, CI/CD, clean architecture).
