Senior Staff Test Engineer

THE ROLE: Test Engineering is a cost, quality, and time-to-market driven team responsible for enabling the availability of FPGAs, SoCs & ACAPs to our customers. The Test Engineer will be involved in new product release as well as production yield/quality improvement activities. This role requires close collaboration with Test Pattern Developers & Product Engineers to create test programs that provide optimum test coverage for our products. There are also ample opportunities to work on cost reduction and test capacity improvement projects. THE PERSON: Looks forward to new challenges. Has good analytical and problem-solving skills.
