Senior Statistician

Position Purpose

A Senior Statistician provides independent statistical expertise to cross‑functional teams, leads statisticians and programmers, and ensures the application of appropriate and efficient statistical methods throughout development, submission, and life‑cycle management of Bayer products, in line with global and regional standards, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders to plan studies, perform analyses, and report results (e.g., as Study or Project Statistician).
