Insight Global is looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to support enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives within a large financial services organization. This role partners closely with the People & Culture function to develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver value, manage risk, and support a purpose-driven culture.
This individual will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across Human Resources–related categories, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
