The Convergence and Signature Programs team is focused on developing and guiding the execution of TELUS's Digitization and Convergence strategy — simplifying and streamlining business processes as we consolidate Mobility, Home Solutions and SoD lines of business under a converged target architecture.

Under this mandate, the team delivers signature capital programs for the organization in partnership with CMO, CPO, Channel, CSE, SMB and CIO leads. We are leaders in the new capability delivery space, shaping the Future Mode of Operations (FMO) and best practices for convergence delivery and sustained operations across our current and new platforms.

This team sits within the Business Convergence & Commerce (BCC) organization, which is responsible for delivering exceptional business value through converged technology solutions that power key business priorities across all TELUS lines of business, brands and segments.
