Overview BakerHicks is seeking a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to provide interim support to the increasing workload within our London Civils & Structures team. This is an opportunity to step into a live, multi‑disciplinary project environment and make an immediate impact on project delivery. You will take ownership of defined structural design packages, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions that meet agreed cost, programme, and safety requirements. 
The Role Reporting to an Associate or Principal Engineer, you will lead small to medium C&S design packages or contribute as a key team member on larger, complex projects. While there are no line management responsibilities, you will support and guide others through technical delivery and collaboration.
