AECOM is seeking a Senior Structural BIM Technician to lead and deliver high‑quality BIM solutions for structural projects. This role requires a motivated, detail‑oriented professional with strong technical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support the development, setup, and management of data‑rich BIM models for design documentation and coordination, ensuring accuracy for scheduling and high‑quality detailing.
- Review, understand, and implement BIM documentation (BEP, MPDT, EIR, etc.), ensuring alignment with AECOM standards and identifying potential risks.
- Manage and control the exchange of models and drawings using project extranets and CDEs.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders, participating in BIM kick‑off and coordination meetings.
