We are seeking a proactive and technically strong
Senior Support Engineer
to act as the on-site IT lead for our Chennai office. Supporting up to 130 users locally and over 400 users globally, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of IT services across the organisation.
As the primary escalation point between local teams and UK-based third-line support, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership capability to deliver a high-quality support service. This is a key role in enabling business continuity, supporting growth, and ensuring employees have seamless access to the systems and tools they need to succeed.
This position requires a strong on-site presence, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to work collaboratively within a global IT function. Flexibility to align with UK operating hours will be required, particularly during the initial period.
