Senior Sushi Chef & Kitchen Lead

Empact Group is looking for an experienced Chef to manage food production and operations in South Africa, Wes-Kaap. The role involves planning menus and supervising all kitchen activities while ensuring compliance with South African laws. Ideal candidates will have a culinary arts qualification and at least 5 years of management experience, including expertise in sushi preparation. Preference will be given to candidates meeting Employment Equity requirements.
