What You Need

• Solid Linux and Windows Server administration experience
• Hands‑on pfSense firewall experience — non‑negotiable
• Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, VPNs, routing, and UniFi
• Microsoft Intune and M365 proficiency
• Experience with backup, DR, security patching, and compliance
• Good documentation habits and a governance‑minded approach
• Clean criminal record (verification required)

What You'll Be Doing

• Resolving incidents and service requests as the primary IT point of contact
• Managing and maintaining Linux and Windows Server environments
