Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical planning and delivery of IT infrastructure projects including system upgrades, migrations, new deployments and vendor coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement of IT infrastructure across servers, networks and cloud platforms to enhance reliability, performance, security and scalability.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex IT infrastructure issues, and provide hands‑on technical guidance and mentoring to Systems Engineers.
- Partner with departments and ministries to deliver the IT infrastructure needed for high‑demand and large-scale church initiatives and events.
